Independence Day Celebration at School in Lohegaon, Pune

The 75th Independence Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur at Jagadguru International School Lohegaon, Pune. School Chairman & Director Shree. Bandu Khandve and chief guest Dr. Vishal Sathe unfurled the national flag.

Principal Mrs. Arti Sharma, Co-ordinator Mrs. Merlin Mathew, and teachers were present. School invited the special guest, Dr. Vishal Sathe and Dr. Kanchan Sathe. After a rendition of the national anthem, a colorful feast of the cultural program began with the floral tribute to our national leaders. The teachers delivered inspirational speeches in English and Hindi reminding everyone of the acts of heroism of our freedom fighters, followed by patriotic songs.

Congratulating the teachers for the efforts taken by them in this pandemic situation, Chairman Shree. Bandu Khandve said that teachers are nation builders and they can only inculcate the roots of patriotism in the students at an early age. Also, they felicitated Mr. Vitthal Birajdar and Saloni Chauhan for the on-duty coronavirus warriors to give vaccines and arrangements for the vaccination programs in the COVID-19 Situation. 

They thanked the teachers and office staff for their efforts and cooperation to make this event a success.

Our Students Akshara Salunke and Manthan Suryvanshi anchored the program. Vivan Mote proposed a vote of thanks.
